What he is doing is no different from saying I will not treat a black person, I will not treat a Catholic.
It is a clear violation of ethics, and it's a particularly ugly one. Why is it that the right wing is so preoccupied with denying people health? Why is that?

So why is it that we do something like enable banks to absorb losses from bad assets in this program?
wouldn't we be better off if we gave the same amount of money to good banks, banks that were functioning well?
Seriously, wouldn't it have been better to extend that kind of credit to Americans rather than New Zealanders?

Is it safe to say that nobody in 1913 contemplated that your small little group of people would decide to hand out half a trillion dollars to foreigners?
