When I look at these resolutions regarding Abkhazia, South Ossetia, the bill regarding the Ukraine and the Crimea, what is missing to me is a sense of respect for the wishes of the people involved.
What we have here and the hundreds of millions of dollars if not billions of dollars that we are talking about is all based on the idea that CO2 is heating our planet.
