There is a debate that is unfolding on the floor today.
How about heat waves? Absent climate change, would we be experiencing events such as the Pacific Northwest 2021 heatwave...
I do think that we are locked in a circular pattern here, and that one, we need to be more thoughtful in terms of rulema...
