I think all of us can remember where we were on September 11th.
There is agreement that the CFATS program needs to continue, needs to continue long term.
I especially want to acknowledge Representative Kelly for her leadership in this important issue.
this hearing is vital. And we want you to know that we see you, we hear you, you are our family.
I want you to know we have not forgotten.
we, as a country, want to be improving, not just maintaining or going backwards.
There is no better way to honor him than standing up for families and children across our country.

Holding the patients harmless should be the crux of any legislative solution that Congress puts forward.
