There have been multiple references to this notion that somehow, by the BLM promulgating this rule, that enables multiple use and does not put one use ahead of another, that that would somehow negatively implicate hunters or anglers--not true. How do we know it is not true? Because the back-country hunters and anglers sent a letter yesterday to the Speaker of the House.…”
