If they--if they were not requested and if they are not important, if they are not a high priority, why are they there? And aren't there many, many more uses that we have for those dollars?
Thank you. I certainly hope we don't hear about some of those horror stories that have occurred from time to time.
So, our goal here today is to collectively make it easier for the public servants of this country to take advantage of a promise made to them back in 2007.
