Today, we are not only discussing the need to invest in teacher preparation, but also the need to invest in school leader preparation.

If they--if they were not requested and if they are not important, if they are not a high priority, why are they there? And aren't there many, many more uses that we have for those dollars?

How could we move some of those reforms into being something that is helpful in schools?
