We want to solve this problem and that is why we are delighted that you all are here before us today.
We are supposed to be funding special needs at 40 percent. We are nowhere near there.
If they--if they were not requested and if they are not important, if they are not a high priority, why are they there? And aren't there many, many more uses that we have for those dollars?
