I think that is important, because what we are trying to do is, at the same time, sort of build resiliency in the population so people begin to ask those questions: Who is supporting this? How are they doing it? Where is the money coming from? Et cetera.
So, our goal here today is to collectively make it easier for the public servants of this country to take advantage of a promise made to them back in 2007.
