I am glad that my colleague brought up the tracking system, because we are working together on a bill that would allow voters overseas--military voters, of course--to do this.

I wanted to mention that one of my constituents asked why the GPO doesn't produce a Congressional Directory until about three-quarters of the way through Congress when it would be more useful to have it sooner.
