Madam Speaker, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee on House Administration, the Committee on Oversight and Reform, and the Committee on Rules be discharged from further consideration of the bill (H.R. 7512) to rename the House Commission on Congressional Mailing Standards as the House Communications Standards Commission, to extend the authority of the Commission to regulate mass mailings of Members and Member-elect of the House of Representatives to all unsolicited mass communications of Members and Members-elect of the House, and for other purposes, and ask for its immediate consideration in the House.
