I think we must do what we can to make sure that we continue to separate the United States of America from many other places in the world where we just allow people to suffer in the streets of life when we can provide opportunities for them.

I disagree with Mr. Michel. I don't know what you call a crisis, but 75,000 people on the ground in the greater Los Angeles area is a crisis.
