I call upon the people of the United States to observe this event with appropriate programs, ceremonies, and activities.
I believe that it won't be too long before the Republicans win control of the Congress.
I'm sure they'll—as we will—they'll take it for what it is.
The Soviet Union has not corrected the noncompliant activities cited in the last report.
