My goal is that the next Norma Torres will have an opportunity to be a Member of Congress in Guatemala.
Diplomatic engagement, I absolutely agree, is the key to solving some of our problems.
I understand, you know, that there are technical challenges, but at some point we need you to deliver on what Congress has asked you to do.
That is unacceptable. That is not the business model that we want to see.
