Mr. Speaker, I yield myself such time as I may consume. Mr. Speaker, H.R. 3842 is bipartisan at its core. It was introduced by my colleague on the committee, Representative Buddy Carter, and me and would ensure that the authorities for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers are updated and that the centers' ability to train people who play critical roles in the Nation's homeland security is enhanced. Mr. Speaker, I urge passage of this bipartisan legislation. Mr. Speaker, I yield back the balance of my time.
