Mr. Speaker, I yield myself such time as I may consume. Mr. Speaker, H.R. 3878 will enhance our understanding of cyber risks at our ports and the countermeasures needed to mitigate them. With the increased levels of technology at maritime facilities, all public and private port stakeholders must share information and coordinate efforts to make sure that our Nation's ports are protected from cyber attacks. Again, I appreciate the bipartisan cooperation on this legislation. Mr. Speaker, I encourage my colleagues to support H.R. 3878. Mr. Speaker, I yield back the balance of my time.
