Pistole, to be Assistant Secretary of Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration, received by the Senate on Monday, May 17, and referred to the Committee on Commerce; that upon the reporting out of or discharge of the nomination the nomination then be referred to the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs for a period not to exceed 30 calendars days; after which the nomination, if still in committee, be discharged and placed on the Executive Calendar.
