One has a primary sponsor by a Democrat, and two have primary sponsors by Republicans, but all are bipartisan. I thank the ranking member for her willingness to work across the aisle to move bipartisan legislation. In doing this, I recall the beginning of last Congress 2 years ago, and 2 years before that, when she reached out to Republicans in the then-minority and offered us the same thing.…”
