I believe that in order to solve the issues of rising malpractice costs, we can't ignore one of the major issues here which is reducing the incidents of malpractice, bringing down the astounding number of costly medical errors that claim 98,000 lives a year.

I believe we need to stop debating this reality and start working on solutions.
Most people in the coverage gap are working. They are working poor, employed either part time or full time, but still living below the property line.
