In the coming weeks I will be reintroducing, the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Preparedness Planning Act to assist local educational agencies and districts located in areas much like mine, that find themselves high threat of terrorist attacks, natural disasters, or public health emergencies to formulate and implement an emergency preparedness plan to provide for the safety of all young people.
