Notwithstanding the fact the gentleman yielded back his time, I want to now use the remainder of mine, but I won't, even though I could, but in the interest of comity and good will, I won't complain, I won't go on, I will simply yield back my time and urge Members to support this worthwhile piece of legislation, which is now being, hopefully, passed for the second time. The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman from California (Mr. Waxman) that the House suspend the rules and concur in the Senate amendments to the bill, H.R. 5809. The question was taken; and (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and the Senate amendments were concurred in.
