Mr. Speaker, may I inquire as to how much time we have remaining? The SPEAKER pro tempore. The gentleman from California has 25 minutes remaining. The gentleman from Washington has 22 minutes remaining.
If we are not able to stop the Ebola epidemic in West Africa, the risks are very high that it would spread to other parts of Africa because of travel within Africa.
