Today you will hear two things: One is to support both bills, which I believe we should do, and one is an attack on the Gillibrand bill, which for the life of me I do not understand. I am not going to filibuster Senator McCaskill's bill because I think it is important. I am not going to filibuster Senator Gillibrand's bill because it is the one opportunity to bring about the change that the survivors of rape and the survivors of sexual assault are pushing for. I ask unanimous consent to have printed in the Record the names of 45 organizations that are supporting the Gillibrand bill.
