Well, if the Senator is asking that he take part of the Senator's 15 minutes and count against Senator Cruz's time, I have no problem with that whatsoever. So I would revise that to say that Senator Heitkamp would be going for 3 minutes, Senator Roberts would be going for 5 minutes, and then I would be recognized. The PRESIDING OFFICER.
