Let me just be clear. I mean, if number of apprehensions go up when you don't know what the denominator is, then is that a good thing or is that a bad thing?
I mean, we can find where our common interests are to protect our country and to keep our community safe...
I can't stress strongly enough that this is an activity measure, it is not an effectiveness measure.
My intent in this leadership position and with this subcommittee hearing is to look for areas of agreement.
I get that from being in the military, you know, you need people in the operations center and all that kind of stuff in order to push good information.
