And I think there is also a readiness issue if we are talking about units that are shifting from F-15C to F-16.

So just, you know, after the fact those were some considerations that weren't really, you know, GAO validated, weren't really looked into.

Yes, I am with you on that point for sure. But with us being down to 55 fighter squadrons, we have just got to be careful on how that, manage, transition would happen should this decision come to fruition.
