She was the first woman to fly in combat for the U.S. Air Force and has a notable military background. What law gives the Secret Service the ability to call in TSA's Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response, or VIPR, teams for additional security presence at events such as campaign rallies, political party conventions, NFL games, NASCAR…
