The August 17 memo that I was referring to in my last question we have not had the opportunity to discuss with Secretary Clinton and how it affected her decisions, and it was just declassified last week.
On numerous occasions, the finger has been pointed at Congress for not properly funding the security.
This committee is not doing a service to the four people who died or their families.
I hope in the hours that we have left to do this, that we will try to circle back to learning something new.
It's frustrating for us here on this panel asking these questions to hear you in your opening statement talk about the responsibility you took for all 70,000-plus employees.
