I think that is probably what we have done with the faith-based treatment programs. We have tried to vilify them and undeservingly.

I think whatever we do at a policy level we need to be open to a variety of paths that people choose.

I think faith-based programs should be definitely included.

The 21st Century Cures Act requires FDA to update guidance and regulations for regenerative therapeutic products.

That was an acknowledgement by Congress that there was a risk aversion within the culture of the FDA.

We went through a period of time where the FDA did not even follow the statute of law.

In fact, Congress in 2012 passed Breakthrough Therapy legislation on drugs.

This is a demand-driven industry that requires a supply.
