Father Ralph has spent thirty years at St. John Cantius and is retiring after forty years of priesthood.

St. John Cantius has come a long way in its one hundred years and, through projects like these, Father Ralph has been able to revitalize the parish.

Martha has participated in and led Bible studies at CHCA, served on the Visioning Committee, helped develop plans for the tennis complex and been very involved in numerous PTF and classroom activities.

CHCA is one of the fastest-growing schools in the country and has earned a reputation for excellent academics, competitive sports and extracurricular activities.

Martha and Carl Lindner are committed community leaders, and I congratulate them on this much deserved honor.

Carl was instrumental in developing the curriculum, particularly in the area of Biblical Integration.

Joan and Ray Conn are to be commended for their tireless devotion to the community as a whole and for the important role they played in making the dream of Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy a reality.

Joan and Ray Conn worked together on many important initiatives for CHCA, including helping to form the vision for the school and spearheading fund raising efforts.

Congratulations to the Commission on Catholic Community Action for thirty years of service and on continuing their mission into the new millennium.

The Commission on Catholic Community Action was established in 1969 with a mission to protect and promote human dignity and advance justice for all.

Through hard work and determination, the CCCA has truly improved life opportunities for urban residents of Cleveland.

Focusing on urban redevelopment, the CCCA has organized, promoted, and made a difference in neighborhood issues such as job training, economic empowerment, environmental justice, and peacemaking.

Robert Tober is recognized nationally as one of the top transit managers in the country.

Mr. Tober has had a very successful career in the public transit industry.

I urge my fellow colleagues to please join me in recognizing these men and women of the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin for their dedication to medical care in the state of Ohio.

They have dedicated their lives to selfless acts of giving and deserve the utmost respect.

They also concentrate their efforts on the health status of the Indian American community in the United States.

These men and women have moved across the world from their home towns in order to provide the best medical care to the citizens of the state of Ohio.
