H.R. 1410 keeps the promises that the tribes of Arizona made to the State of Arizona and the voters of Arizona that there would be no additional casinos for the duration of the negotiated and voter approved tribal-State gaming compacts.

H.R. 1410 would bring some common sense to this situation and clarify that no tribe may conduct gaming on lands taken into trust after April 9, 2013.
