There is hereby established within the White House Office, Executive Office of the President, the President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board (Pfiab).

In the days ahead I ask you all to be willing to provide counsel to our administration and bipartisan support to sustain the role that the United States must pursue in the world.

We will remain true to our commitments in that regard.

I am very proud to have put together this outstanding group of people to serve on this Commission.

We believe that the Israeli-Palestinian agreement can serve as a catalyst for progress on the other tracks.

Reductions in agency internal management regulations shall be concentrated in areas that will result in the greatest improvement in productivity.

We're living in truly revolutionary times, with profound changes sweeping the entire world.

Make no mistake about it, we've got a lot of work ahead of us.

We need to earn the trust of the American people.

We're going to brief them on—the Secretary of State and I are—about, obviously, our strong support for the agreement.

We believe that to the extent we can show leadership and work with others who are interested in supporting this, it will tend to undermine the ability of any specific group to derail this process.

We will welcome them.

The parties will decide, as they've made all the other decisions, who will come to the ceremony.

The agreement is a bold breakthrough.

Now there is an opportunity to define the future of the Middle East in terms of reconciliation and coexistence.

We will be unable to implement any of our other education objectives until we are successful at achieving Goal 6.

I hereby establish the President's Community Enterprise Board to advise and assist me in coordinating across agencies.

Let me say finally that we have a lot of work still to be done, but this administration is committed to changing America.
