During your recent testimony before the committee, you stated that the department has rigorous evaluations for all programs.

Rep. Foxx requested copies of the evaluations conducted by DOL on the programs--including numbers for how recipients' income has increased.

Even the insurance industry has complemented that well and market forces, market factors also enter into play.

Under the Numeric Nutrient Water Criteria, estimated impacts on Florida alone--Florida citrus would have a capital cost for compliance of $325 million.
