I see this as, you know, they hope--or we hope--we hoped they wouldn't go into Ukraine, and we hoped they wouldn't shut off the gas valve, and we hoped a lot of things, but they took action, and we continue to hope.

the flexibility that we have seen recently in the administration is more borne out of events in Iraq than events and facts on the ground in Afghanistan.
