So the assumption is that we would have a master list of every address in the United States...

So going back to something Ms. Cha mentioned before, in 2010 we had a $3 billion process of innovation.

There has been a lot of consternation in Oklahoma, and I would assume in other States as well, about the nature of how it is collected if you do not respond to it.

The Constitution requires that everybody be counted, and so that is the gold standard.

Let me be clear about a couple things. In 2017, we will be submitting the topics that we plan to ask on both the Census and the American Community Survey to the Congress.
