I want to thank you and the distinguished Senator from Texas, Senator Hutchison, for your work in this area.
This bill will go a long way toward helping us to try and at least do what we can initially to try and stop what is going on.
What we should do is mark it up tomorrow, get it immediately reported to the floor, and get it out before this week is over.
