This, at the end, is a bridge. This tax credit is a bridge to get us to the point in 2014 when we have the full implementation of the historic health care reform.

And I think all of us applaud a small business man or woman who figures out a way not only to make a profit, but at the same time to offer decent affordable health care to their employees.
