I think one thing DOD could do, and Senator Durbin mentioned it a little bit in his questions with Mr. Vollrath, is the DOD could reach out more to accrediting agencies.

What you have to look at, Senator, is the fact of the total public support for the different types of postsecondary education today.

Of course they are, and the Pell grant is the benefit for poor students seeking college admission, but the point is the 90-10 rule does not apply to TA money or GI bill money.
