It is a tried and true non-discrimination tool that has been used very effectively.
We believe that the FCC and the DOJ should reject it outright.
I also want to express DISH's concerns about the proposed AT&T/DIRECTV merger.
Could that be manipulated to favor the company that owns the wire?
