I commend Chairman Doyle and Representative Matsui for their leadership on this issue through the Spectrum Innovation Act.
Unfortunately, instead of promoting innovation and supporting the chemical industry, as the Act intended, it seems like EPA is stifling innovation and creating barriers to commerce for new and existing materials.
While I do not agree with President Biden's immigration policy, I believe that we have an obligation to ensure the safety of children once they are here.
