Section 107(a)(3)(D) of the Alaska Natural Gas Pipeline Act (15 U.S.C. 720e(a)(3)(D)) is amended by striking ``the National Historic Preservation Act (16 U.S.C. 470 et seq.);'' and inserting ``division A (except section 307101) of subtitle III of title 54, United States Code;''. SEC. 4. TITLE 16, UNITED STATES CODE.
