The amount that they’re looking to reduce spending is about 1.3%. It’s a rounding error. It’s completely inadequate.
Passing it by unanimous consent is not the way to get it done.
It’s wrong. It’s immoral. It has to stop.
I don’t see any scenario where it’s going to be deficit-neutral. That’s my problem.
