We know the danger that poses into our communities as was pointed out by Congressman Van Orden.

It is often said that every State is a border State and that is absolutely true.

So certainly a solution is not more deficit spending. That would exacerbate the problem.

Government often takes a top-down approach to these sorts of issues.
