Wouldn't that be a pretty effective control? I mean, we talk about all these controls in theory, but the most effective control is how much money do you have to spend?

I'm concerned about them. I come from a state that will feel the pain of tariffs on the agricultural side and the manufacturing side, as well.

It is just so dispiriting to sign up to protect the public and then basically be prevented from doing the job by this administration.
