We oppose any attempts to modify the farm-safety-net support levels provided by this vital legislation.
So without Federal Government assistance, this program will not continue at the State and local level, period.
A healthy U.S. rice industry is also dependent on the program benefits offered by the Farm Bill.
But they should be required?
