I agree with you, we need to have a Federal privacy law, which would make my arguments in Europe a lot more persuasive, I would say, but at the same time we've got to be very careful not only in what we want to accomplish, but making sure that it's limited to what we want to accomplish rather than having a lot of unintended consequences which hurt consumers on both sides of the Atlantic.
