I think that this markup has been a lot better than it could have been, and I think the chairman has been probably very evenhanded on that.
I believe that that was a subpoena that is fully authorized under the law, and under congressional procedures.
Here we see a clear abuse of power on the part of the people who are prosecuting this impeachment against the President of the United States.
