I certainly have not made up my mind on whether this proposed merger is in the public interest or not, this hearing will shed some light on it, but I do want to say that I don't think that antitrust questions should be partisan in nature whatsoever.
Sensenbrenner expresses neutrality on the merger and calls for a non-partisan approach to antitrust issues.
