I think we have learned a lot of hard lessons in the acquisition process about how to do that better, how to acquire equipment in the future, hopefully in a more cost-effective manner that gets there more quickly.

Well, look, let's understand one thing. There's actually -- there's not a lot of questions about what Trump is trying to do. He's basically trying to give Ukraine to Putin, and he wants a better relationship with Russia, and he's willing to sacrifice Ukraine for the sake of that.
The real problem now is all of the Republicans here who claim to support Ukraine, who claimed that they don't -- you know, they don't want to support Putin. They don't want to see Putin succeed. They support Ukraine. They're going to support an aid package and they just don't do it.
There is a rational argument for saying we need to get to a peace settlement in Ukraine, and Ukraine's got to be willing to come and be willing to negotiate that.
