Mr. Chair, I yield myself an additional 30 seconds. Mr. Chair, Putin wants Ukraine. He has said over and over again that Ukraine should not exist as a country, that it should be part of Russia. We are helping Ukraine stop him from doing that. At the end of the day, that is what is happening. It is not complicated, and we ought to support that effort.
